This project came to life thanks to the vision, talent, and heart of many collaborators.

Author & Visionary Creator of MarlaGran
MarlaGran began as a story close to my heart, and over time, it grew into something much larger, a creative resource for children’s emotional growth, inner discovery, and bilingual expression.
Rooted in my love for expressive arts and the curious spirit of childhood, I envisioned MarlaGran as a world where imagination and emotion could meet on the page through story, reflection, and drawing.
As the creator of this project, I guided every step of its journey, from dreaming up its possibilities to inviting the incredible collaborators who brought their own gifts to the process. I see myself as the weaver: holding the vision, coordinating the pieces, and bringing the whole to life with care, creativity, and deep belief in what this book can offer.
While I’ve been behind the scenes organizing, shaping, and self-funding the project, I’m grateful for the magic that emerged through collaboration. MarlaGran carries my voice and the wisdom, talent, and love of a beautiful creative team.
A Note to You Who Cares for Our Children
(The Parent, Family Member, Caregiver, Educator, Teacher or Therapist)
MarlaGran is both a storybook and a creative workbook. Its Innerscape prompts invite children to explore their emotions, imagination, and sense of self through drawing and reflection.
As adults, we’re invited to join this journey not to guide it, but to witness it. Let your child draw freely in the book, like a journal, and move through it at their own pace. Some may want to listen to the whole story first; others will draw as they go. This process encourages connection, curiosity, and self-trust for both the child and the adult who accompanies them.
Free downloadable Innerscape activities will soon be available on our website. A longer curriculum with the Innerscape Adventure Guide, and the Innerscope Card Game are coming soon.
