Explore the Innerscapes

13. Who’s Got Your Back?

Explore your child’s circle of support and connection.

~ Navigating External Connections ~

This Innerscape helps children reflect on the people, places, and even elements of nature that make them feel supported, safe, and connected. By identifying who’s in their corner—family, friends, role models, or meaningful spaces—children begin to recognize the external resources they can lean on. It’s a way to explore how they feel seen by others and how they make sense of the support around them.

~ Reflection Tip ~

Ask your child who they included in their circle of support, and why. Their choices can reveal how they experience belonging and where they feel most understood or protected.
