Inspired by the idea of “Peace Places” used in schools and families, this Innerscape helps children recognize where they go, inside or out, when they need comfort, balance, or emotional rest.

Ask your child to describe their peace place. What makes it feel safe? You might learn what soothes them, what they value, or what helps them return to calm when life feels overwhelming.
